Rules for the use of the Gift Voucher:

The user is required to book SPA treatment in advance. Reservations can be made by phone or email: +48 17 77 22 688 / spa@bluediamondhotel.pl
The User has the right to cancel the booking or change the date of the stay 5 days prior to the scheduled date. Should the booking be cancelled or rescheduled within less than 5 days, the voucher will be forfeited.
Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).
The user is obliged to inform the staff of the hotel Blue Diamond Active SPA**** when making a reservation about paying for services with a gift voucher and provide the voucher reference number.
If the value of the service is lower than the value of the Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive a cash refund.
When the Voucher is redeemed for a particular service, the User is not entitled to exchange it for another service.
If the value of the rendered services is higher than the value of the Voucher the User is obliged to pay the difference upon arrival at the Hotel by credit card or cash.

TAX INVOICE
From 01.01.2020, you must request a VAT invoice before finalising your sales transaction.
Once the transaction has been closed with a receipt, it is not possible to issue an invoice. Legal basis : Act of 4 July 2019 amending the VAT Act and other acts (Journal of Laws No. 1520) concerning amendments to Article 106b(5)-(7) of the VAT Act of 11 March 2004 (Journal of Laws 2018, No. 2174, as amended).
Purchaser/User, upon receiving the Voucher, declares that he/she has familiarised himself/herself with the content of these Regulations, consents to the contents of the Regulations in full and agrees to abide by the stipulations thereof.
