Dinner provided in the form of a voucher worth PLN 120 /2 adults. Child 0-3 /20 PLN, Child 4-10 /40 PLN per day, available at a' la carte restaurant or in the form of a buffet (depending the hotel's load),
When settling treatments with a voucher included in the package - the 10% discount resulting from the Hotel Guest does not apply,
Should any of the services included in the package not be used, the price of the package will not be reduced,
No prior reservation for any of the treatments included in the package may result in not having the treatment provided.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

A deposit within 7 days of booking is required - upfront payment of 50% of the value of the stay via the booking system or bank transfer. Should the reservation be cancelled after submission and payment or should the guest fail to show up at the hotel, the deposit paid is forfeited and will not be refunded.

Free cancellation:

Reservation may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, in which case the deposit paid will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice (after deducting bank charges), in the form of a bank transfer to a bank account indicated by the customer via e-mail. In the event of cancellation after this date or of not arriving at the hotel on the scheduled date, the hotel has to charge the guest for the entire stay. Credit card details are required to secure reservation.
